Rebecca Gorton, Senior Planner, generates superior work in a focused and efficient manner. Since joining Lamphier-Gregory in 2005, she has prepared CEQA documents for both large and small projects throughout the Bay Area and Central Valley communities and lead community outreach efforts for large greenfield developments. She is adept at balancing the big picture with the need for attention to detail while meeting aggressive schedules. Rebecca effectively analyzes technical sources of information and coordinates input from a variety of disciplines, allowing her to work efficiently with teams composed of colleagues, technical subconsultants, applicants and jurisdictions to synthesize information into effective team-produced documents. Rebecca is also Lamphier-Gregory’s in-house expert on air quality and greenhouse gas analyses using the latest analytical models. She is disciplined, determined and dedicated to a high level of excellence in everything she does. Rebecca has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from UC Irvine and a BS in Environmental Forest Biology, SUNY ESF – Syracuse NY.
